The DocuCentre-II C4300/C3300/C2200 series delivers the powerful features for your everyday business uses- network printing, copying, scanning, email, and fax. This versatile multifunction system takes speed of up to 45ppm (B&W) and 35ppm (colour) and offers users true 1,200 x 1,200 dpi resolution, load on the run paper capabilities and up to three superb finishing options. The device also helps reduce time wastage by eliminating the hassle of installing the necessary drivers; you can now print DocuWorks, PDF and TIFF file by simply dragging and dropping any of the files to ContentsBridge Utility. Alternatively, you can use the Job Submission function of the CentreWare Internet Service for direct printing, and enjoy maximum convenience.

The DocuCentre- IIC4300/C3300/C2200 incorporates smart scanning features to ensure your organization is constantly improving its efficiency and productivity. It possesses necessary security features to provide you with an ease of mind for secure operations for confidential documents. With the password encryption feature, you can prevent unauthorized access to your scanned PDF and DocuWorks documents by making sure only individuals with the correct password can view the documents. The smart scanning feature also prevents internal falsification by prohibiting editing, posting and printing.  Scanned documents can quickly and easily be distributed to a range of destinations including a mailbox on the device, multiple email addresses or any shared folder/server on the network.       

The DocuCentre-II C4300/C3300/C2200 is equipped with other rich features as well as the ability to process multiple jobs concurrently, making it a productive and intelligent device.
